Hello,

Thank you for the likes and follows.

This is the last week of June. The last week of the second quarter, I should be excited. However, I feel more wary or is it weary a little bit of both. We are still in the process of settling into the place and that comes with its own problems. I am trying to figure out how to do the things I want to get done without issues and that is not happening. The world runs on conflict, as writers, we try to make it entertaining; as people living through it is frustrating.

The worst feeling is that despite, the review of quotes that help sometimes. I still feel like I’ve made no progress at anything. I feel like I have fallen behind again. The energy needed to catch up just is not there. There are a number of people all around me that are doing better, but I am stuck. It is true that I don’t know what is going on with them personally and they could be lost in their own way. I still admire their facade, the one I have feels like cheap aluminium foil.

It was considered for a few moments to delete the previous paragraph. It felt too open and I am big fan of boundaries. Everything about a person is not for the internet or public consumption even when there is another person out there hoping that they are not alone. First thing to remember, there are over a billion people on this planet, we are never alone or just the only one. Our issues may not seem to measure up to other things happening in the world, it does not make them less important. We are part of this world and we matter just as much.

The writing goals for this week are to set up story references. Last week I mentioned working on Gothic but I left home with no hard copy pages. It was a mild disaster. I thought I could use what was saved on Microsoft Word, only to realize none of it was helpful. A decent part of Monday will be setting up what I have to do for the rest of the week. This Sunday, Leslye Penelope did workshop on creating a story bible. She gave reasons why a story bible are needed and various methods to use to start one up. I am going to do my best to use what I heard from her, on the writing projects.

Reading updates are going to be posted on Wednesday.

That is all for now. I can’t think of anything else to share. I hope these words find you all doing well.
